My journey to Finnacle has been one of growth and new beginnings. I spent nearly 7 years working with an Australian and European insurance company, focusing on home and car insurance claims. This experience helped me develop my customer service and analytical skills, and I became passionate about solving problems and helping people. However, when the pandemic hit, I was one of many who lost their job due to redundancy. It was a tough time, but I always believed that when one door closes, another opens.
During my job search, I met Prashant, and his vision for Finnacle inspired me. I loved how passionate he was about the company, and I was impressed by the transparency and compliance that Finnacle upholds. I immediately felt like I belonged here, and I knew this was the right place for me.
Now, at Finnacle, I bring my experience in streamlining processes and driving operational excellence. I focus on improving efficiency, enhancing team performance, and ensuring that we meet our business objectives. Outside of work, I live with my long-time partner, our 2 teens, and three dogs, who bring joy and energy into our home every day. I’ve learned that life can be unpredictable, but with a positive mindset, new opportunities are always on the horizon.
